Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

Return Process
To begin the return process, contact us at info@lustre-co.com. Please make sure the items are unused, and still in their original packaging. Make sure the product is packed well to avoid damage during transportation. Bear in mind that you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

Cancellations
